1. Return Eligibility
At Svarah Jewelry, we take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted jewelry. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer a return or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:
- The return request is initiated within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry
- Items bought on sale or during promotional offers
- Gift cards
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at svarahsilver@gmail.com or call +91 73036 34526 within 48 hours of receiving the item. Our team will guide you through the return steps.
After approval, you will need to securely pack the item and ship it to our return address. Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
4. Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. If the return meets the eligibility criteria, we will approve a refund or replacement.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
6. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we can ship a replacement product of the same value after the returned item is approved.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
